I miss some products, how is that possible?
Some orders are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. In order to ensure the product quality, the products you have ordered can come from various suppliers. Don't worry, your order is on the way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
What should I do if I get a damaged program?
Unfortunately, your order will be damaged in the delivery. As a customer, of course, you can't do anything about it. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by info@sonumhearing.com send. It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and add them to your email.
Please do not send the article back yet without sharing pictures with us. Unfortunately, we are then unable to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will edit your message as soon as possible and search for the best solution with you.
