Refund policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
Always make sure your package has a track and trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a track and trace code. Returning by post without a track & trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days of processing your return.
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible after that.

Returns are always at the sender's risk; return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Wrong item or wrong size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, you will get the correct item for free!
Repayment
We refund our returns on average within 3-5 working days once we receive them.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express company you choose.
If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect and the consumer does not bear the shipping costs for this reason.
