Shipping your order

- After you place your order, we need 1 - 2 working days to process it. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend it may take a little longer.

- Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and takes on average 4 to 6 working days to be delivered.

Defective product?

That's too bad! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Will it go wrong the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase price.

Lost package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order has not been received 60 days after shipment, the order can be refunded.
