Return and reimbursement policy

In any case, it is possible within 30 days:

  • The products must be in its original condition and carry the original labels and trailers.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The articles to be returned must not have signs of wear.

Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we cannot work on your return. We reserve the right to reject back items if we suspect that they were used or damaged without our fault.

Always make sure that your package with one Track & Trace code is provided. Lost returns are not reimbursed if no proof of shipping with one Track & Trace-Code is available. The return with the post without Track & TraceCode takes place at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by email about receipt of the return. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of abandoning the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and after that a cancellation is no longer possible.

If you receive the wrong article or the wrong size, you will get the right article for free!

We reimburse our returns on average within 3-5 working days as soon as we have received them.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you have chosen.
